Own Your Development
Our Culture
-
Build pitchers who understand their process, take ownership of their growth, and have the tools to continually improve throughout their playing career.
-
Having community where athletes and families have a trusted development partner - a place where pitchers are challenged, supported, educated, and equipped with the tools to maximize their potential both on and off the field.
-
Providing a complete pitcher development system that looks deeper than traditional pitching lessons but from the ground up. From fundamental movements to meaningful dialogue on the mental game.
-
No gimmicks, no shortcuts. No results at all costs. We build a process that focuses on controllable actions and behaviors that tilt the odds of success in our favor.
Our Development Philosophy
-
Our body is fantastic in the sense that it can adapt to do certain things if we train it with certain stimuli. Popular adaptations are commonly known as strength, speed, power, and mass. We need all of these in order to be the best baseball players we can be.
Think of block training like building a stable and durable house. Having a more effective foundation and framing its built upon will allow you to do all the things necessary for success on the diamond.
The foundation for many young athletes is muscle mass. This is the prerequisite to creating a better house. From there it needs pillars of strength and power to help solidify it as well as arm health and a throwing plan that connects it all together.
You can’t build a house from the top down, which is why we use block training.
-
We want to get to the root of your needs. Each new athlete takes our survey, a physical screen, a pitching evaluation, and a statistical analysis. Our full assessment creates clear training priorities via our Development Roadmap presentation.
-
The baseball is the best coach. Every priority we create is derived from information received from the ball. Pitch shape, accuracy, and batted-ball information are all outcomes that we look to optimize from their inputs.
-
Movement isn’t memorized. It is expressed through exploring physical and environmental constraints in order to solve real pitching problems.
-
Velocity, command and athleticism are outcomes everyone wants. Getting those things are great, but it does no good if there is no teaching involved. Teaching pitchers the why, the when and the how is a vital piece to the system.
-
Baseball teaches life lessons. The ability to use this game to create a mentality that builds skills that outlast any baseball career. Communication, problem solving, critical thinking are all characteristics that are reinforced with our system.
Our Offerings
-
Our membership model reflects our belief that meaningful development comes from ownership, community, and a comprehensive, sustainable process—not isolated lessons or quick fixes. It gives athletes the structure and consistency to learn, explore, execute, and take ownership of their development over time.

Individualized workouts — exercises, sets, reps, and progressions designed around the athlete's current training phase and needs
VBT technology — velocity-based training used to monitor performance and reinforce the specific adaptation we're trying to create, rather than simply completing a prescribed number of reps
In-workout engagement & feedback — athletes complete surveys built directly into their workouts, giving me feedback on how training feels, performance, readiness, and recovery so the program can continually be adjusted

Team Membership
A team membership gives the entire staff and roster a shared development system rather than relying on disconnected individual instruction. Every player receives the same digital resources as a pitching membership—including individualized throwing, arm care, structured routines, education, and engagement tools—along with 1, 60 minute team development session each week to apply and reinforce the process together.
Satellite/In-House Bullpen Session
A team bullpen session is designed for immediate, actionable improvement. We identify the team's biggest needs, work through them during the session, and give players quick fixes and clear takeaways they can immediately apply to their throwing and pitching.
Satellite Team Clinic
For a satellite clinic we travel to you. The structure is built around teaching and demonstration. You choose the topic, and we lead the team through the concepts, exercises, drills, or strategies while explaining the why, how, and application behind them.
-
A budget-friendly option for athletes who want individualized development without a set schedule or membership commitment. We’ll identify your priorities, work on what matters most in each session, and provide actionable takeaways you can apply between visits—you choose the frequency that fits your needs and goals.
